Dear Tarun, May I know your investment objective(a) and time-frame?  Are these towards any specific financial goal(s)? Is this going to be your first-time investment in MF?

Hi, 10 Years horizon : You may consider one Multi-cap fund and one Aggressive hybrid equity fund. For ex : Birla Equity Fund or Franklin Equity Fund etc., And              HDFC Hybrid Equity Fund or ICICI Equity & Debt Fund etc., For a 5 year horizon, if you can afford to take high risk and are not highly dependent on this accumulated corpus then can consider Aggressive Hybrid fund again. Hi Sree what’s your views on UTI Nifty index fund g and SBI magnum multicap fund g

Dear Tarun, If you are looking for a large-cap based fund then Passive index fund can be a better choice than an actively managed Large cap fund. You may then go for UTI Nifty Fund. SBI multi-cap fund is a decent one.
