I and my brother bought a BDA plot jointly as co-owners.
Want to check what will be the cost if we any one of us to remove our name and become co-owner after our financial settlements?
Can we execute gift deed or any other deed where in we need not to pay more money as fees?
Does it affect our IT return?

Do you mean sole owner?
You can get this done through a Gift Deed, which will have minimal cost involved.
