One lac & fifty thousand only, then which itr should he/she file for f.Y.2019-20& a.Y.2010-21. What extra information a nri should show in his/her itr other than resident individual. Dear Vipan ji, Kindly note that ITR form for FY 2019-20 or AY 2020-21 will be notified in the month of April 2020. The rules and guidelines will be out that time itself. Based on AY 2019-20 rules, ITR-2 form is applicable in this case. A non-resident cannot file ITR-1..
