Sir,
I have registered my name with BDA for 30 x 40 measurement site and made 5 attempts. I hope my registration is valid to apply for site Kempegowda Layout. The registration fee mentioned Rs.2000/- is only for new applicants. Am I right sir.
Request please clarify.
Dear Gopalakrishnan,
Yes, no need to register again. However, the registration fee has been revised, so you need to pay the difference amount (Rs 1,900). You have to get the bank seal done on the back side of your old Registration card.
hai i am still doing 14year servicing in indianarmy can i apply for EWS .please tell me
Dear Ramakrishna,
Two conditions need to be met - 1) Should be a domicile in Karnataka for atleast 15 years. 2) For EWS - income should not be more than Rs 1 Lakh p.a.
Hi Sreekanth,
Useful information. I'm native from Tamil Nadu. Can I be eligible for applying BDA sites?
Is there any restrictions.
Regards,
Vinoth
if you are domicile of Karnataka from past 15 years you are eligible
My father made 3 attempts (2 attempts at vishweshwaraiah layout, 1 attempt at yelahanka) he is no more (he was 73 years) , i am 46 year old if i apply those attempts will be considered. are they consider my age also pl. let me know,
Dear Shyam,
Your mother or yourself can apply. The previous attempts made by your father will be considered. You may have to submit 'Death certificate' copy and 'legal heir' certificate along with the application form. Photocopies of acknowledgments received during each attempt made previously can be submitted.
Dear Raju..Thank you for sharing your inputs.
Your mother can apply and she got status of the seniority (past 3 attempts ), In any case if she is no more one of the hierarchical dependents got the same status.
Im planning to purchase EWS category site in my father-in-laws name. He is staying in Mangalore & does not have any income. Im providing financial support for him now for his daily needs & planning to relocate him in Bangalore.
Is there any consequences?
Is there any lock-in period for selling/transferring?
Dear Suresh,
Does your spouse has siblings? Are they well settled and do they have income above Rs 1 Lakh pa ??
As of now, it is not clear about the 'Resale' conditions..let's wait for some more time to get info on this point.
Good informative , genuine stuff. Thanks :-)
Thank you Bindhya..Keep visiting :)
Can you please let me know on what basis/parameters the allotment might happen.
Dear Narayan,
As mentioned in the article, the allotment can be very subjective. Seniority, no of attempts etc., can be the parameters.
Dear Sir,
I have Gramtana site, holding from last 8 years, Am I eligible to apply for BDA site now?
Yes dear Vasu, you can apply.
Requesting for info on orizinal site owners who got their sites from private developers and registered sites. Now they are occupied by BDA for KG Layout. What is the relief for such people.
Dear Vijayendran..Could you please share more details about this, unable to understand your point..
Dear Sir,
I got a site from a private developer at Kommaghattavillage area and got it registered in the year 2006 at Kengeri Sub registrar. This area was acquired by BDA in 2007 for forming Kempegowda Layout. Objection was submitted to BDA and had given the option for Alternate Site for BDA officials.
Requesting you to give any information if you have regarding such earlier site owners eligibility / provision from BDA to return back such sites/Alternate sites .
Regards
Vijayendran
Dear Vijayendran,
I do not have much information about this one.
If BDA has given an option for alternate site, I am sure they may allot you 'owner site' in KG layout.
Did you visit BDA head office recently and submitted your request??
Dear Sir,
Thanks for the quick response.
The Objection was submitted to BDA officials in 2007 & Later on BDA official sent a letter to meet them with relevant documents near the site . During this meeting, we were asked to give in writing ,the option for either compensation or for any alternate site. We opted for alternate site.
When I called the BDA PRO official today, he told nothing has been decided yet on this.
Regards
Vijayendran
Dear VIJAYENDRAN,
Suggest you to file a RTI request regarding this matter. Have you already?
My son wants to apply for a site in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout and meets the requirement of 15 years of domicile in Karnataka but presently he is out of the country. My question is that whether the application form is to be signed by the applicant only or it can be signed by the father in his absence. Please clarify.Thanks.
Dear VIJAY..Good question but I am not sure about this. Kindly check with BDA or at the bank. Request you to update the status here.
Dear BUDAYYA,
Kindly note ReLakhs.com is not against or for BDA. This post if purely for information purposes only.
