Hello Shrikant,
What was the number of attempts that was required for last BDA layout, (ie., ARKAVATI LAYOUT) for 50ftx80ft dimention site allotment.
I currently have 2 attempts done for 50x80 already. Do you think, I stand a chance this time.
Regards,
GenSastry
Dear Gensastry..it all depends on demand and supply and a little bit of luck :)
Thank you Shrikanth.
But Could you help me to get the info , that is, For the last layout , ie Arkavati layout,
what was the number of attems required (for those who got allotted), for different dimensions.
Is this data available?
Thanks.
-GenSastry
Dear GenSastry ..Sorry I do not have the requested data.
I am unmarried 23 year old unemployee may i apply for BDA EWS sites
I have 3 previous attempts at a 40*60 plot. My Late mother had made one attempt at a 50*80 plot. Can i consider both these in my application for seniority or only my attempts are counted?? What are the chances of getting at 40*60 plot. Is it better to apply for a 30*40 plot or 40*60 plot??
Dear Prabhu,
Both can be considered. If you have any acknowledgment (mother's attempt) you can submit that along with the application form. Demand can be very high for 30/40 sites.
Does that mean that i have 3 attempts of my own already and if i submit the acknowledgement of my Late Mom, then i will have 4 attempts already, so this is going to be considered my 5th attempt, Correct me if i am wrong.
Kindly clarify whether my mother's attempt will be included in my list of attempts for seniority. At the BDA PRO , one lady i asked said no, any of your siblings can apply to get your moms seniority as u have been simultaneously applying. I am confused
Dear Prabhu,
I believe that BDA staff is correct.

Dear Yashas,
What about your father's financial position / income?
Hi Sreekanth,
Past 25 years my parents settled here in bangalore and my dad is retired, mom is homemaker, please advice on whose name should we register and what are the documents needed.
Dear chaitanya,
You father / mother either of them can apply. Any proof which confirms that he/she has been a domicile of Karnataka (like ration card/voter id/driving license / employer Id card) etc., Visit nearest designated bank, get and submit filled-in application form.
Hi,
If we apply and once the site gets allotted.
Later In case if we don't will to purchase the site by paying remaining amount will we get the refund of our initial amount paid or will it be forfeited?
Anyways great blog keep it up
Dear Rahil..The amount will be forfeited.
I have two queries
1)By when would the allotment happen, as in how many years time would the allotment happen
2)In the even I do not want the site allotted, would the initial amount paid be refunded or I stand to loose the amount.
Dear diamond,
Mostly the allotment can happen in next few months (unless some unforeseen issues crop up).
In such case, deposit amount may be forfeited.
Dear Diamond,
I have read somewhere, that in the year 2000 , amendment has been made and following are valid.
1> No restriction on 10yrs before one can sell. This means one can sell the site immediately after the allotment.
2> If someone does not want to continue site, they can return to BDA and get full amount refunded.
You can probably google it in net and see.
