Hi I got an application form for BDA site I see many Documents to be submitted like Income,Category,Employer is this mandatory to submit .If yes do we need to get signature in Application Form Itself ??
Dear Siddesh,
If you are applying under General category then I believe there is no need to submit any documents with regards to caste or income etc.
Hi we comes under General category & we never tried/applied previously my grandmother is around 78years now
Pls suggest
Hi . ..I have already applied five times in General Category...did not succeed...Though I belong to reserved category...Can I apply in Reserved category....is there in any chances...
Not sure about the chances dear Keshav..try your luck..
Dear Srikanth
I am a Central Govt employee working at Hubli having all my brother and sisters residing in Bangalore Do I need certificate from my employer or my identity card is sufficient to apply for Nadaprabhu Kempegowda layout and i am applying second time what shall be the chance for 60*40 site
Dear Rajan,
I believe that your employee ID card should be fine. Looks like the demand is on a higher side, try your luck. All the best!
My son who is working abroad wants to apply for BDA site. since he was born and studied in Karnataka till the age o 22 years there is no problem of Domicile certificate. I need clarifications on TWO points.
1) Can I submit application for him after sending and receiving the filled application from him with his signature.
2) Since this is the first attempt, he may not get allotted, so the refund amount can it be returned to my account. (ofcourse, I will pay the initial amount, that is to paid along with application).
AWAITING EARLIEST REPLY.
Thanks & Regards
Shivakumar.N
Dear shivakumar,
1 - It should be fine i guess.
2 - I am not sure about this. i believe that applicant name should match with the refund cheque or in transfer request.
Hi,
I have couple of questions wrt application form,
If you notice application form, it does have all other certifcates format in it.Like.... domicile certificate, income certificate, physical challenged certificate etc..
Q1: Does applicants have to just use this application form to fill those corresponding section in each dept or need to issue a separate forms from concerned dept?[Is different forms in application form are just example to show?]
Q2. I belongs to general category, in this case also income certificate is mandatory?
Q3. I lived in KA 32 years , since from past 1 year i am in abroad(NRI), will i be eligible to apply?
Dear mahant,
1 - I did not understand your query.
2 - I believe that it is not required to submit IC.
3 - You are eligible to apply.
Hi sreekanth,
Any layout plan is there.we're it comes.
Dear Mr Reddy..As of now, I do not have the layout plan with me.
I am born and brought up in Bangalore. Do we need to apply for Domicile Certificate by applying in the revenue dept? Or just attestation in the application form by gazetted officer is enough?
Dear Shaan,
The BDA notification does not clearly mention any guidelines about this aspect. Attestation by gazetted officer Plus any proof like SLC certificate / ration card copy etc can be sufficient.
In case if you wish to apply for DC then;
For getting the domicile certificate you have to make an application to the Tahasildar, with ration card or school leaving along with the residence certificate from Muncipality/corporation authority.Attach all these to the application to Tahasildar. The application will be forwarded after verification to Assistant Commissioner who has to issue the domicile certificate
I am in US currently on work and will return on jan 26th , i have attempted twice already and this will be my third attempt since i am in US can my dad pay all the registration fee and and do all paper works and submissions for applying for the third attempt and i can sign and send the dpocuments through post.
Dear Girija,
I believe that this should be ok. Do you have old Registration card? You may use the same card by paying the difference amount.
Hi,
I'm a first time applicant, I'm very confused whether to apply or not as I have seen many saying there cases are pending in courts.. Could you please advice me on the same.
Thanks,
Harish
Dear Harish,
Investing in any real estate property is definitely has some risks associated with it. Out of all the options that we have, investing in a BDA property is one of the best and safest options.
