Kempegowda Layout is the new layout being developed by BDA (Bangalore Development Authority). BDA has issued final notification inviting applications for Allotment of residential sites in Kempegowda Layout.
After years of delay, nearly 5,000 residential sites in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout will be available for the general public. It is estimated that these 5,000 sites on over 300 acres covers only the first phase of the allotment. The sites which are being allotted in the first phase are located between Mysuru Road and Yeshwantpur, along NICE Road.

The overall plan is to develop 4,043 acres. Of these, 2,100 acres are presently in BDA’s possession where 20,000 residential sites in total will be developed and allotted in future.
As mentioned above, these 5,000 sites are being developed under the first phase. Under the second phase, around 5,000 more sites will be developed. Under the third phase, apartments will be constructed in Kempegowda Layout.
BDA aims to create 10,000 flats. Under the fourth phase, commercial spaces including offices, shopping malls and commercial spaces may be created.
BDA is giving around 60-day period to apply for these sites. The sites would be of the dimensions 20×30 sqft, 30×40 sqft, 40×60 sqft and 50×80 sqft.

What if statement is made in excel sheet, they can enter number of attempts as they like without even medling with someones record. Nobody will know unless we get entire allottee details under RTI and verify. Now 1 pm, 4 pm is over. We have to wait this evening. Tomorrow also it will repeat and in future.

Initially they said today list will be announced by 1pm then they told 2pm now they are telling @ 4 pm. So @ 4 pm they will tell it will be announced tomorrow.

Called Secretary office now., this evening it might be announced or guarantee tomorrow. From Monday for one month session will run in Vidhana Soudha., State govt cannot perform such activities during session so more chances this evening or tomorrow.

Housing is always through loans only. Somehow they will manage.
Very difficult for those who have fund problem to arrange 52 / 97 lakhs. Dont know how the banks will sanction loans and how much time they will take. Hope BDA will give more time for such persons without demanding interest.

It will be a big surprise and set back to many, sited are allotted to benamis of KJ George. This is the real reason. Because we can't validate the attempts for those sites allotted. They have pulled up from the data base, who have not applied and used the same reference and completed the process now. Now it is again a scam by BDA ????????????????????????????
That’s serious offence, more like criminal case. impersonating someone else. what if someone applies in 2nd phase who did not apply this time? also 15 days time is there right. if that is the issue then they can come back and check. since this is last layout chances of happening like this is there. Because no application will be called for site in future, no more layouts from BDA in Blore.

Arkavathy layout cutoff will not have much relevance this time. Since prices are quite exorbitant the cut off will get skewed especially for 40*60 and 50*80.
Can anybody give details of cut off age and attempts for Arkavathi layout for diff dimension? This will help us and give idea as to who can expect site now.
Its being updated today itself at 1 pm on website.list will be announced at bda office by 2 pm..

What is the time limit given to deposit full value of the sital amount by the allottee after receiving allotment?
Allottee can pay the full amount without any interest up to 60 days from the date of intimation of site allotment and for the next 30 days allottee need to pay an interest at the rate of 18% and for the next 30 days Rs. 21% interest will be charged.
After clear 120 days time after allotment intimation, if the sital amount is not paid, allotment will be cancelled. But in case of SC, ST, Defence Personnel three years time is allowed to pay sital cost.
If an allottee is a person belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, Backward Tribes or to a family of a defence personnel killed or disabled during hostilities and who has been allotted a site of 6x9 M and 9x12 M or 12x18 m dimension or belonging to economically weaker section of the society as notified by Government from time to time and who has been allotted a site of 6x9 M dimension, the balance of the value of the site required to be paid under this sub-rule shall be paid by him or her without interest within a period of three years in equal installments from the date of receipt of the notice of allotment.

This can be questioned, BDA will not pay interest for 6 months delay but Allottee should pay interest for 2months delay after site allotment. The Site amount at 18% and 21% .

i think no need wait till another layout,beacuse for their them application cost very big loss..
U have to appley new with application for another layout.
Mr.Rays experience is the worst, clerical mistake of entering 3 instead of 7 attempts. This may be deliberate and can repeat in many cases this time also. Likewise they may enter more number of attempts to thier fabourites, BDA is not trustworthy.

List of 5,000 sites
Following the BDA board meeting held on Wednesday, the first provisional list for 5,000 sites in Kempegowda Layout will be announced on Monday.
BDA chairman Mahendra Jain told Deccan Herald on the sidelines of the meeting that the provisional list will be announced after all administrative and technical procedures are over. By Monday, the first provisional list will be announced.
It will be after 13 years that Bengalureans will now have an opportunity to own a BDA site, after the failure of the ' jinxed' Arkavathy Layout. The list has been prepared based on the number of attempts, age and other reservations.
BDA commissioner Rajkumar Khatri said that earlier, it was announced that the provisional list will be put out on June 15, but it was held back because of technical reasons and committee problems. Now the committee was reconstituted and the provisional list is getting finalised. It will be made public by Monday and 15 days’ time will be given to people to file objections.

If list is not going to be published on saturday, we can all gather at 11am at BDA office on Monday 4th. We can also request commissioner and chairman to give us interest on our deposit. There is no assurance in writing even now from BDA till now in thier site. Surely they consider they can keep on fooling us. We can also inform TV 9 and other media also on monday morning.
