Friends, What is the process to return the site allotted and ask for refund of the initial deposit. I have been allotted 50*80 site. The site allotted to me is occupied by farmers and they have fenced. I don't have time and energy to pay to BDA and fight a legal battle.
I have also surrendered my allotment of 30x40 site in NKG layout, please can anyone tell me who to contact for refund and how much time they would take to refund. What is the right telephone number to call for seeking this information
Dear SK, what is the procedure to surrendering the allotted site. Please tell me the procedure here. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Just after Nice road junction towards Mysore (Opp Ganapathi statue ) turn right pass through the Arch, after passing the few houses (around 500+ meters, do not remember the name of the place, may be people or shops may assist you), turn diagonal right to a mud road, pass the Railway under pass, go straight passing private layout (roughly .5 KM). You will reach Block 5 Sector H, left side end is Sector I.
Let me know if you have missed it or call me at 9740022733

Also, can any one please share layout map with site numbers for Block-3? Is there any graveyard or waste dump area closer to Block-3?
Thanks in advance.
Need direction for Graveyard & Waste Dump or for Block 3? However take directions for both from Shankar Nag Circle (near Kengeri Satellite Railway Station) on Komaghatta Road go straight for 1/2 km to your left you find Kengeri Crematorium, from there about 3 kms straight to your right you find KG Layout Block 3 after crossing the Nice Road. I think that road is also called Tavakere Road.
Thanks for the reply Vasista sir.
My father is aged so he cannot make to see the layout and I work in Noida. So we thought to see the layout map before paying.
Let me know if we can get soft copy of layout map for Block-3.

Hi All,
Has BDA extended the Payment date for Phase one allotted sites or still we have to make all payment by Feb 6th?
60 days from date of allotment. No extension so far.
I think the allotment letter is dated 23rd Dec 16, hence we have time till 20th February 17, unless any amendments are made.
Hi All,
This is the first time i'm planning to apply for BDA site in NKG layout. I'm residing in bangalore since 15 years.
Please let me know when is the last date to apply it and what is the procedure to apply for BDA site.
Pl go to bda website and get the relevant information and also in this blog at the beginning. Phase 1 of NKGL was called in Oct - Dec 2015 and were allotted in Dec 2016. Phase 2 will be called once phase 1 registration is completed. Watch out patiently for announcement(may be months or years). Nothing is sure.
