• Congratulations for all the successful applicants, applicants who were not able to make please do not panic, i too was not allotted.

  even in next phase we do not have fair chance of getting allotted, since this is the last layout which is going to develop by BDA , hardly they will release only 10000 sites in next phases.

  i am definitely sure atleast 5 to 10% of allotted applicants will deny the allotment due to lack of funds/other reasons, does anybody know how BDA re-allots this sites rejected by alloted applicants?

  and when they are going to refund the deposits for the unalloted applicants?

  • BDA website has an upated information regarding Refund. The refund note document is in Kannada stating that refund for non allottees will be started from 2nd Nov 2016 phase by phase.

      Please share the details like applicants name, application number and registration number so that other non-allottees can also claim the interest. Also share advocate's contact details who represented your case.

      Since BDA started refunding, give the details fast.

      • Siri must be a liar. NO CHANCE TO GIVE INTEREST. I HAVE ALSO ISSUED 7 DAYS NOTICE AND I WILL SEND LAWYER NOTICE AND THINKING OF FILING CASE AGAINST BDA, IF THEY DO NOT GIVE REFUND TO ME BY 4TH NOVEMBER.

  After one year, Non Allottees are getting money back. For allotted guys, the list was already announced so... nothing much, wait for letter, which lack transparency because site numbers are not announced.

  I wonder, for Next 10,000 sites, do you think anybody would apply? i was hoping for refund with in 3 months, like Feb/Mar 2016 . Not Nov/Dec 2016.

  Any body forming Association please share, BDA wants full amount in 90days please remember this,
  they have not announced deadline for the blocks.

  • For all the non-allottees, any idea when we are going to get the amount back. I will never apply for BDA site in my entire lifetime. Worst experience. M so glad that i did not get allotted with any site. Looking at the delay in the allotment, i am not sure if they would really complete the layout even in the next 10 yrs. The question of appreciation comes only after the layout is completely formed and registered in people's name.

    • Bda site they have me tioned it will be refunded from 2nd November through RTGS.

      • They are refund at once to all non-allottees. I am not sure what they mean by stage by stage refund process. Also, it is not clear if they would give interest for our money.

• In this forum people will now be divided. One those un-allotted and looking for deposit amount refund and another those Plots allotted looking for Allotment Letter. In my view, BDA will now take its own time issuing Allotment Letter and that group of people is limited to just 5000 carries no strength.
