Hello Everyone,
Has anyone visited Block 5 Sector E? If so, can you please let me know the directions to reach this area? Also whether you were able to locate your site in Block 5 Sector E
Shiva Kumar
Yes yesterday I had been and saw the Block 5 but not sure where's sector E is in that part. As Mr. K N Srinivas earlier explained, from Shankarnag circle on Komaghatta Road go straight for about 2 kms (on your left you'll see Kengeri Crematorium) till you get 3 roads junction i.e,. one left turn and a Y junction roads. Take the first left turn (& not the Y Juction Roads) and proceed for 2 kms (en-route you'll be going under the NICE Road after about a Km) to your left you'll find BDA Sign Board, i.e., KG Layout Block 5 (there's one BESCOM Office & next to it is Block 5) . From the ShankarNag circle till that 3 roads junction its all quite developed. From there the KG Layout begins and development has to take place. Even my Plot allotment is in Block 5 and Sector E. Where exactly the Sector E comes I could not make out as I didn't have much time to explore more. If some one knows pl. throw light.
Thank you Vasista Sir. Please let me know whether you have received allotment letter from BDA or has anyone received allotment letters so far.

When i reached layout and visited my allotted block few farmers were telling about land under litigation, heard few plots are allotted in land where still litigation is not cleared. Farmers denied to share case number and other details....how to find out case number and other details?
More details of what I see as problem in acquisition can be found below; Extract of the same here
1. Go to bhoomi.karnataka.gov.in
2. Click on RTCOnline
Let us check 2 survey numbers, where BDA has acquired land --- "survey number 103" in Kommaghatta and "24/1" in Kenchapura
1. Select District as Bangalore urban, Taluk as Bangalore South, Holi as "Kengeri 1" and village as Kommaghatta and survey number as 103. You will find records of acquisition
2. Select District as Bangalore urban, Taluk as Bangalore South, Holi as "Kengeri 1" and village as Kenchapura and survey number as 24/1. You will find no records of acquisition. Owner of the land still is the farmer.
My observations are in sync with yours. Several survey numbers, where the sites are allotted are not shown as acquired by BDA yet. We can find details of survey numbers in eBhoomi website of Karnataka revenue department. All allotted folks should demand litigation free land, transparent about survey number of the land and its current status (acquired or not).
I have not received the refund amount. Whom to contact. Any Contact number.
Please contact Finance officer BDA
Even I didnt get the refund amount. Please let me know whom to contact.
In refund list our names are there, but still amount is not credited to our account. What is this?
Any idea about this ?
Even I didnt get the refund amount eventhough my name is der.plz let us know what to do?
i got my refund amount after waiting for couple of days even if my name was there on excel sheet, i suggest you to wait for couple of days even if your name is in list.
Even after waiting for 3-4 days if your amount is not credited then its high time to contact for BDA.
Note : refund amount is not getting credited instantly for most of them.
I too have the same problem, my name is listed in the refund list but amount is not credited. Kindly let me know if there is any contact number/email address. What should be our further steps.
Also noticed my name is in red font, not sure what does it mean? Does any one have any idea on it?
This is related NADAPRABHU KEMPEGOWDA LAYOUT refund list.
Hi even i observed same thing today infront of my name . You got any information regarding this ? In your case only name is in red or all other information also in red ? Is it they mentioned refund amount properly ?
When we validate survey numbers of acquired land and allotted land from "farmers provisional list" in eBhoomi website (Created and managed by Karnataka revenue department), we find BDA acquisition note for few survey numbers. But, it is not consistent for all the survey numbers, where the sites have been allotted. Relatively, Kommaghatta survey numbers have been marked as acquired. There are variations in Kannalli and Kenchapura village areas. With e-governance initiative from revenue department, all of us can check most current records of survey numbers online at eBhoomi website (just google eBhoomi to find the site). BDA does not seem to own several survey numbers or there are no records of acquisition. Anyone has idea of what is happening.
Arun, If what you say is indeed true, then we need to be careful. Can you share the URL of the ebhoomi portal where we can see the survey numbers under BDA's possession? People who have been alloted sites in Block 9 will be more interested I think.

Dear Srinivas, I asked about how to go to Block 9 Sector A details. Are Block 9 Sector A and Block 9 Sector I near by ? Please guide me. Thanks.
KN Srinivas sir, As per the provisional list of farmers, block number 7 and Sector D comes in Komaghatta and the survey number is 117, but I do not know where does this place is located, could you pl guide me.
Kommaghatta is 4 kms from Shankarnag circle KST on KST-Kommaghatta Road. This road is two lane 80ft broad and well laid. Kommaghatta BDA Layout Block 4 is 500 mts from Kommaghatta Lake. Land owners site nos have been marked on SWD in front of their sites in Kommagatta block 4. Check your site no in proximity to ones belonging to land owner’s in your block. It appears that sites in Block 5 and 7 are also part of Kommaghatta. Check for your site also in Kommaghatta Krishnasagara village which is adjacent to Kommaghatta layout.
