Hi any chances for extensions for form submission
Will the registration fee be returned if the applicant is not a site or the same can be carried forward for future registration/s?
Dear Vijayalakshmi..It can be carried forward for future allotments
Dear srikanth
What is inital deposit i need to pay for applying for 30*40 site in kempegowda layout l
Guys, if there is no transparent process on the allotment and that too if this is decided by government bodies. Can anybody even dream of getting site allotted. Its just pain paying 2.9lakhs and waiting for 3-4months with zero interest paid on it. Infact if you see the market price in that area it is around 1800-2000. And BDA price is also same. what is the benefit we are getting?
Dear vinay,
Thank you for sharing your views. I agree with your points on Transparency & market price.
Dear Santosh..It is Rs2.9 Lakh under general category. Kindly go through the table given in the article.
Hi,
My mother is staying with me for more than 15yrs in bangalore.she is 60+. Can she apply for the BDA site?
She was not working and is house wife. For purchase of site, it can be finance by my father/brother/sister.
But in the income section, what should she fill up. Should it be 0(zero).
Because her income or dependent income is nil.
Dear Anil,
If she is dependent on you, you can provide your income details right?
I am trying to get signature from BBMP/tahashildar authority on my BDA registration form stating my residence in Karatanaka for more than 15 years. I have born and brought up In Karnataka past 32 years :). But no government authoitry in Bangalore is willing to sign despite showing all originals. Do I need to offer bribe? Why is this power given only to MLA, MLC, BBMP mayor, revenue officer and tahashiladr ? Any gadgeting offier will not do this? I am totally fed up roaming to tahashildar office. They asked me to bring caste certificate though I am applying in general merit qouta. Now I dont know what document they ask If I go again ? I have already shown my birth certificate, 10th marks card, PCU, engineering marks card, Voter ID and adhar card. Now caste certificate is also taken. What else is needed? Its sad that they are given authority to decide my relation with this karunadu .
Dear Sudhir..As you say, may be they want something to be passed under the table.
Thanks for creating this blog and all your responses to the comments Sreekanth. Very helpful...!!
@Sudhir - I'm also facing the same problem. Were you able to get the signature for domicile certificate on the application form by the Tahsildar or Govt. official?
What are you planning to do if you don't get the signature?
Dear Srikanth, your social work is commendable. Actually, some PRO of BDA should do this work. It is unfortunate. (i) Could you kindly clarify what is Income Certificate. Is it Gross or Net Income. Whether everybody is supposed to furnish this? (including General Category) (ii) have made five attempts. Now I am residing in some other address which is not mentioned in the last five attempts. Should I give anything in writing to BDA about change of my address? (iii) what is the income ceiling for availing caste benefit under IIA. Whether Balagiga falls under IIA?
Dear Ravishanakar..I do not have information about the 'income ceiling limit or income limit based on castes'. You may just provide your new address details in the application form and submit it.
Hi Sreekanth
Kindly clarify the below doubt.
1. I work in a MNC company in Bangalore and I fall under the general category. Do I need to produce Domicile, Employment, Income and Caste certificates ? or only Caste and Domicile certificates are enough ?
Regards
Sagar
Dear Sagar..I believe that only domicile certificate is required in your case.
Tq u,
And one more ,I have taken the application form from Icici bank but the applicant is not having account in that bank so Icici bank staff said they won't issue the DD if applicant is not having account in Icici ,
so
1.can DD be taken in other bank and can give that DD to the Icici bank with the application form
2.is a rule that the applicant should be submitted in the same bank where application form is taken?
1. Yes DD can be taken from any other bank where you have Account
2. You have to compulsorily deposit the application in the same bank where it is taken.
hello sir ,
my mother has been alloted a KHB site in surya nagar...she is a retd government employee , she is not dependent on me as she is again working and also receiving pension.
she stsys with my brother , can i apply for the BDA site.
hi,Srikanth whose bank account details should be given .
1: should the account number should be in the name of applicant only or I can give the other .
Dear Shravan ..It should be in the name of the applicant.
