BDA has received 40000+ applications for 5000 odd sites. But still price will not reach 3700 level any time soon. You may have to wait for 5 years to reach that price.
Is the number of applicants 40000+ or 11000? Could anybody tell?
Mine is 8th attempt this time for 30x40 and I am sure to get site allotment this time.
I wish to sell it , immediately after site allotment. through GPA or any other procedure. If any body interested in buying please reply . My quote is 3.700 per square feet. Slightly negotiable.
hahaha .. still the allotment date itself is not published, and you are here to sell the property for 3700rs per sq ft... how funny is this... and by the way, how did you arrive at this price.. ?
Dear Deepak,
I am not forcing any one to buy at that price, by the way. You know adjacent Vishweshawaraya Layout, which is hardly across the NICE Road(just 1 km away), current running price is anywhere from 4500 to 6500 per sq ft. It is not my guess, you can go and checkit out yourself personally. So this is not a joking price instead a real price.
Thanks,
Gunasekharan.
only 11000 applicants paid initial deposit(as of 30-12-2015) but applications sold is 51000.
so BDA extended last date to 18th for initial deposit payment
not for new applications or registrations..
They have extended 18 days time but they are not making us to pay registration fees help any one please
My grandmother 80 yrs had taken the application. form but she din't paid registration fees date is over my grandmother also donot no she have seniority 2 atempt. what to do now please tell how to apply now
No way. It is all done. You cannot pay different amount for registration fee.
Ask BDA, what is the reasoning behind extending the last date for submission but not the last date of issue of application/registration. What is the logic behind it.
They are trying to cash in on the scarcity of sites.
Earlier they used to promptly return money if not alloted in 90 days. Now they are saying it will take 5months.
Dear GenShastry,
You are right, the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has extended the last date for submitting applications along with prescribed the initial deposit, for allotment of sites in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout, till January 18, 2016.
I believe that they are issuing any more applications.
What if we decide not to go ahead with making the payment... do we get the money back that we paid for the application?
Dear Namitha..I dont think application money is refunded.
I have read some where that any time you can give back site to BDA and get your money back. So mostly you should be able to give a letter saying, I cannot afford to buy now and request for refund of money. I think they will do it,
Regards,
GenShastry.
Dear GenShastry..I am not sure about this and I doubt if BDA accepts this arrangement.
As I have heard and read , It should be possible.
May be with some contraints , but mechanism as such , for surrendering site, even after allotment and after registration is also possible, (I am not sure if there is any time constraints within which , or any other applies).
This question is to any one who has this information.
What was the cut-off attemplts or age for arkavati layout and also for earlier layouts like vishweshwaraya , anjanapura banashankari 6th stage etc...
Please post your info , if you have .
Thanks in advance.
Hi Sreekanth,
I would like to know if any one here got a Domicile certificate for 15 years whoever applied for BDA this time? As i heard, the Tehsildar provides max to only 10 years and no one gives it for 15 years irrespective of producing documents of having stayed beyond that. Is this true? We also had company appointment/relieving certificates apart from passport/ration card which shows we have stayed beyond 20 years. May i know who else can provide certificate for 15 years or beyond as all school/college education is from Bangalore itself?
Dear Kumar,
I am not very sure about the 'time limit'. As of now I have relocated to Andhra, so unable to get the full details and reply to your queries.
I blieve that MLA, MLC, BBMP mayor, revenue officer also can give.
Yes I have produced letter from MLA
Hi Srikanth,
Thanks for your support on all quires.. I was not in india all these days and failed to submit the application . Shall i apply now ?
hi sir one question i am first time attended the bda site how to candidate selected
Hi Sreekanth,
Appreciate the social cause effort by you. My query is purely academic.
If I apply for the Nadaprabhu it will be my 5th attempt. Now in the mean time I have a site allotted from KHB. So I am no longer eligible.
Now if my son goes for a fresh application, can my attempts be considered for adding to my son? I know this was allowed earlier, only when the original applicant is deceased and with proof the heirs could apply with the attempts considered. My son has been informed by his friend that in Nadaprabhu, this choice is available.
While I feel that this is not allowed, the only argument is that in BDA one's life time may pass, without getting a site allotted. Kindly respond.
Dear Himamshu,
As per the notification of this allotment, if any person either in his or her name or his spouse/or any dependent member of his/her family has been already allotted a site, then he/she is not eligible to apply.
The keyword here is 'Dependent member'.
Yes. I agree about the dependent clause. But here my son being a earning person, both of us are not dependent on each other. Since now I am allotted KHB site, all my 25 years effort of getting a BDA site are gone. In such case, whether my son is going to get the benefit of previous attempts of mine, while I am living. Otherwise, he would have got the benefit.
Dear Folks,
In the BDA application form, who is authorized to attest the domicile certificate? In Bangalore, where will the Tahsildar be available for this? Where is the Tahsildar's office in Bangalore? Do we need to pay any amount for this?
Regards,
JK
