After paying & filling form when they are alloting sites??? Who will pay the interest?? Please reply In the form they mentioned 3 months after that they have to pay 9%
Dear Srikant
Pl ascertain from BDA about delay and will they allot on seniority to applicants only, also whether they publish detailed list of persons upon allotment.
Officers need more time may be to favour influencial people, or they are incompetent to get work done or yield to bribe or both. In this era they could have hired people and announced sites long back, which all concerned in bda and govt. are not interested. More the delay more favourtism and bribe. At this rate we genuine persons will not get site.
Is it not possible to go to consumer court for interest beyond 3 months of delay.
If the authorities need 2 more months time - only way we can seek fast results by protesting like garment workers. What a great relief to millions of common man across the country. Since all of us are silent and BDA officials are just sleeping
Hello Ela,
That's a nice thought. Garment workers didn't protest for themselves. They protested for all common man like us. Half withdrawal concept will not work as people like them will have lot of commitments. Also, my thought, is to ask the permission from government & do the protest instead of affecting rest of people lives. This one went into a total chaos.
Silent protest without disturbing anyone would be a good move.
This is a great site with the live updates. Thank you all for your great efforts.
