It means we have to wait till June end.
Hi Sreekanth,
I am residing in bangalore from the last 18 years.
Am i eligible for BDA allotment or e-Auction.
I could read the eligibility criteria as 5 years.
Also it says that if we have a house, we are not eligible for this.
i do not have any and I stay in rent house , but want to know more on this, request to do needful.
Regards,
Padmapriya.
Dear Padmapriya,
Yes you can apply for BDA site allotment or for BDA e-auctions.
You can own house but that one should not have been allotted by govt bodies.
we should work as a team to suceed

The article itself is misleading.. 7% would yield 25 crores to BDA, which i agree is a sizeable amount.
In all BDA is like any other Developer. Just that its not worthwhile to invest in BDA anymore.
The place is not suitable to build houses for the next 6 - 10 years. Not a good investment plan either.
The euphoria over BDA will be over in the next few attempts and BDA will also fall in place.
I believe that this is totally unfair and unethical though it might be as per their (BDA) terms & conditions.
Thank you dear Pavan for sharing this article.

Yesterday`s Vijayavani says allotment list is expected in June end.
Today's Prajavani says allotment list is expected in May first week.
It is high time BDA should give an official statement about when it is expected.
Hi All,
I had call the BDA officials and the latest information from BDA is they will announce the allotments only by June 5th.
We need to raise our voice against this, as the previous deadline was on March 31st and now they are extending the allotment dates and also not sure if they will provide the interest on our hard earned money.
We all should create a group and need to ask the BDA officials as if we go and ask as an individual we will not get the proper responce.
Please share your thoughts.
Thank you.
Regards,
Prashanth
Yes sir.. You are right.. we have to raise our voice
Yeshwanth could you please crete the new social network account in facebook and twitter and share the name her, so that we all can join the same.
Regards,
Santhosh BR
someone can create the facebook profile and share the name here. so that we all can ask some one from one side.
We need to let the authorities know that we are very unhappy with the inordinate delay in announcing the list of allottees. We should also ask for payment of penal interest beyond a reasonable time period
yes, we need let them know but they are saying we need to wait till they announce.
So as Yeshwanth says we need to create a social network and ask them as a group.
Regards,
Santhosh BR
Let us take this matter of delay of allotment of sites to social networking sites.
For instance we can post our concern regarding allotment to KJGeorge or @thekjgeorge twitter handle, who is the Minister for Bengaluru Development and Town Planning. Or any other sites like facebook, so that we would at least get some reply from them!
Social network good idea
