Hi,
This is 4th attempt for my dad for 60*40 site under state govt employees qouta.
Is it possible to withdraw before they announce teh allotment.
Because of some changed circumstances at home we now do not want it.
Is it possible ?
Thanks
Manjunath
Hi Manjunath,
If you get allotted, and if you don’t require the plot , am ready to buy the plot at the same price BDA will allot to you. contact me on +919916840955.
Thanks in advance
Advise you to take the site and hold for some time. Will help in the long run.
Kempegodwa Layout shares a GARBAGE neighbour Kannahalli and Seegehalli MSW plants
Before buying you should visit the garbage landfill which process 600-800 tonnes per day(this is only official qty, but is much higher). The right time is after 6PM where the garbage stinking is upto 5-8kms. Things will be worse and smell unbearable during rain and cold.
From Jan2016 when other landfills closed, BBMP is dumping here and It is a big nuisance now for the nearby residents staying in Visveshwaraya Layout 4th stage, 6 th stage, Brahmadevaragutte (near Hill rock and Poddar International schools), BharathNagara BEL layout, CII, Kodigehalli, kannahalli, Seegehalli, Byadarahalli, Machohalli, Kadabagere, Rashi residency.
Good blog...
In Kempegowda layout, I heard land sharing with farmers is 60 BDA: 40 Land owners, I heard Land owners started selling site even much lesser price than BDA rate as there is no demand, many BDA approved private layouts surrounding KG, site available at much lesser, even after 6 months wait, no guarantee we are getting site
Let us have patience, another 15 days. Rumour mongers especially those not sure of getting site will spread all sorts of things. Minister had said BDA will announce on 15th June
If really true that land owners are selling for lesser rates,, we can ask BDA to reduce the prices probably through media. Otherwise next time, not many applicants will apply for the BDA sites. They will probably approach the landowners if they are getting for lower rates.
Probably have to bring this to the notice of the minister as BDA is supposed to be doing a service to provide plots at economical rates particularly through this kind of allotment process
How can we get this published in media??
Hi sreekanth reddy, just call up bda but they are telling 2 more months,
every one come and ask the chairman,
Cant understand why cant they announce list of eliguble persons, actual site numbers can be through lottery system somerime later whereafter money can be paid. If they further delay it can only be for some manipulation.
Hi Sreekanth,
What is the chance of getting 40×60 site for 1st attempt for Category One (OBC)?
Thanks
Rajesh
Dear Srikanth
Any idea What are the chances, for allotment on 4th attempt, for 30X40, in General category
Hi All,
When is the allotment process is going to happen, if they postpone every time.
Regards,
Santhosh
Why is bda charging discriminatory rates of Rs. 2200 for 60 40 & Rs. 2500 for 50 80 sites? In the open market these bigger dimension sites will be given slight discounts because demand is less.
We should try to object and make them to reduce the prices to same as 30*40 of Rs. 2000 per square feet.
As it is 2000 per square feet for BDA allotment is very high.
Dear JK,
Very good point.
Generally, in open market as the dimension increases the per sq.ft rate comes down.
But here, BDA wants to charge more for large dimension sites, want to charge more from the applicants who can afford to buy bigger dimensions :)
The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) will announce the first list of allotment of 5,000 sites at Kempegowda Layout by June 15. But the allottees need to wait for another 10 months before getting the physical possession of the plots.
Deccan Herald Article link.
How many allotment lists will they announce. Only one or two,three... Will they announce a master list before announcing the allotment lists.
Regards,
Aimtiaza
It has to be one order only for this 5000 sites.
Good question Aimtiaz
If BDA allots sites through lottery, it shall be struck down when senior eligible person approaches court. Site numbers may be through lottery, but is it transparant - big question mark.
