  • Thank you vara. They have sent letters to all provisional allottees and non allottees too.

• Hi Guys, Long time since i posted earlier. Yes many have received the letter requesting to furnish Bank details that is required IF refund to be given. Also the same will be used for the next phase of allotment.

  If you remember/ if you have photocopy of the form. The bank details section. There is Branch Code. Chances are many might have put IFSC code for the same. Please not IFSC code is for Net Banking Transaction and BDA has not reached to that level of transparency yet.

  Question your self, when you filled the form did you check with your Account Bank (branch code)? Banks have different format of accounting these days, few have 13 digits, few have 11. so confirm if you filled it rightly.

  If Branch code and Account number was Exactly as per your HOME BRANCH, i dont think you should be receiving the letter.

  Do you think BDA would have sent letter to ALL? All 31,000 applicants. if that was the cause, they would have made a press statement first. It could be many have made mistake while filling the form and hence would have received the letter.

  People listed on the Provisional List, need not worry (only if they are close to end of that category - like if 999 is end for 30x40 site then people ate 800, 801, 802, might have to worry. Rest all stay Peace.

  BDA needs some more time, distract all so that the talk for staggered payment is silenced. Waited almost for an Year now, wait for one more week. you will get the picture.

    This mail for bank details sent to all applicant,BDA notified in all papers.

    As per bloggers those who are in provisional list and those who are not got site all got mail....

    My name is there in list still i got mail for bank details.

      Could you tell me was it a normal post or a speed post? Did the postman just dropped the mail in your house or did he hand it over to the applicant name?

      Your reply would be very much helpful for me, as I have not received the post yet.

        They sent mail via Speed-Post.

        They need information like Name as per Bank passbook,Bank address,A?C number,IFSC code and AAdhar card number.

        We need to fill the format they sent and send it to them via Speed-Post.

• My Name is in Provisional list and waiting for Final list to come. But I have not received any letter from BDA asking for Bank details. Any idea whether BDA is sending the letters to everyone or for few people.

  When shall we expect to receive the Final List.

  • Check with u r post office speed post delivery man on letter
    After transparent allotments by giving details in website openly BDA can't playground as Courts in our country are strong

    I am an allottee in provisional list and a real estate lawyer working in legal department of a bank for 10 years. Don't panic.

    Cool, will know reasons today or tomorrow

    • Radhakrishna sir,can we legally fight for staggarred payment option for 2 to 3yrs and for rate reduction. Your legal advice will be helpful to take the matter forward.

• This day I received a letter without date from BDA. .I also m sr citizen and name is selected in the provisional list .Iam shock and confuse to see the contents of the letter seking bank details to refund the. amt .with out assigning any reason .Bda is doing same blunders and tension to its allotees as it done in arakavaty layout

  • The applicant bank details were provided when the application was submitted. Why are they asking details again.? Is this a process to delay the refund?

• My father in law haven't received any letter,but he is in provisional list. Expecting the letter I in a day or two. Do anyone knows the purpose of sending letters by bda. And what is the last date to furnish the details.

        Yes that's the confusing part , i believe they dispatched the post on 20th and expected us to send the details by evening .. Lol ....

        Anyways today's newspaper article is somewhat relieving our tension as its a letter sent to all not only for few applicant and all have received after 20th August..

• yeah even my dad received this mail he is in provisional list , its really worries someone when we see such mails with a deadline on it (August 20th ) and receive the actual mail after deadline(23rd August).. hope someone from BDA is looking at these discussions ;-) and provide a satisfactory explanation ...

    My name is in the provisional list and I too have received BDA letter on 26.08.2016 asking for the bank details, creating confusion.

• One person i know at BDA said that the people getting the letters are the ones who are NOT being allocated sites. I find that very odd given that they should first release final list and then announce refunds.. seems that things are already decided internally and the final list should come out soon. I got the letter too. Just too much confusion as usual with BDA.

• I haven't got any letter from BDA. Waiting for refund, whom should I contact.
