• Never ever will I apply for a BDA site again. Is there a way where in we can file a case/RTI/petition or something. I have poor understanding on how this system works. We should now start visiting BDA offices instead of making calls

    U can write a petition in change.org. just sign up n write ur petition and share it to ur FB/email/WhatsApp list.. so that everyone can sign ur petition.

  • I am getting very nervous. Will they make us run endlessly to get the initial deposit back?
    My name is not in the list, then why the hell they are holding my money? It is very frustrating, please refund the money ASAP. We are paying interest for it.

  • I was making calls till a month back but when I received their letter for bank account information, I was relieved this is going to end soon. But lokks like it is again being dragged. BDA if you r looking at this "Shame on You"

• I called up BDA (23442273 ext 271) today asking when they will refund the initial deposit money ? They are telling another 3-4 months to refund the money as BDA is in loss. :(.

  • They have gained so much of interest & saying going in loss . We are actually in loss of interest & praying God for return of initial deposit itself, neither property nor money :'( :_(

  • Ooph!!they at least refund the amount for non allotees and announce final list after 5montths.

  • How will they return the money? It is so late already. God save us..they don't give dates..keep postponing. ..

  Need your help and suggestion on payment for site, Which would be better option full cash payment or for going to loan? I have allotted with 30/40 so its 24 and hope 2 + for registration,total would be 26+.

  What Pros and Cons for both Full cash and Bank loan payments?

• Dear all, my name is no there in the provisional list. So is there any chance it may be there in final list? Also can you suggest is kns anirvan or unnathi layout which is nearer to kempegowda layout is worth buying. Pls suggest

    If you filled objection for provisional list then BDA will consider you for allotment...if its genuine.....

    Its your call to buy plot in private layout or from land owners of KG layout,As per my knowledge all plots are sold out in both layouts....You can check with land owners of KG layout who might sell sites at less/ same/more price as BDA quoting.

• Since this sites are not at subsidised price,bda has to remove the clause 10yr lock in period.2)should provide developmentwise or staggered payment option of 2 to 3yrs. We can fight on this issues legally,if they do not reduce the site prices. So immediately on announcement of final list we should form an association to take bda head on.

• I called up BDA today asking when they will realize the finial list, they said it will take one more month :( . Its going to be almost one year now & interest they have earned, for 290000 if they have put in FD they may receive atleast minimum 21000 from one person alone but they promised to keep money in there account only for 3 months i.e. by March if not allotted they will return.

  • What about BDA commissioner statement regarding allotment committee meeting which was reported by Vijayakarnataka news paper on 02/09/16? Commissioner statement is not true or paper report is fake or the person who picked call is not having sufficient information???!!!!!

    Lets wait and see....lets forget this for moment and celebrate Gowri,ganesh festival peacefully....

• Been followng up BDA allotment and the recent news about reclaiming sites from allotees who already have a site or if any blood relation has a site.

  What baffles me is that so all the allottees or their family members do not have a site at all? Is that even possible? If not, then where will this end

    As i correctly understand, This is applicable to those, who purchased site from BDA like agencies on subsidized rate.
    However some of the clause such as blood relation may not be relevant now. This must be some very old clause.
    In addtion, BDA no longer giving property on subsidized rate. These conditions are really outdated and should be updated as time changes.

    • If it is not subsidized price by BDA allotting plots,then 10 year lease is also become the old clause to be removed.

      • Wl fight through highcourt on 10 years clause after site registration

• As per Vijayakarnataka paper page 2 article,Allotment committee meeting is yet to be scheduled for taking required approval for modified final list,There are few modifications to provisional list it seems for smaller dimension sites as per genuine objections.

  Hope mostly next week final list will be published.
