Kempegowda Layout is the new layout being developed by BDA (Bangalore Development Authority). BDA has issued final notification inviting applications for Allotment of residential sites in Kempegowda Layout.
After years of delay, nearly 5,000 residential sites in Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout will be available for the general public. It is estimated that these 5,000 sites on over 300 acres covers only the first phase of the allotment. The sites which are being allotted in the first phase are located between Mysuru Road and Yeshwantpur, along NICE Road.

The overall plan is to develop 4,043 acres. Of these, 2,100 acres are presently in BDA’s possession where 20,000 residential sites in total will be developed and allotted in future.
As mentioned above, these 5,000 sites are being developed under the first phase. Under the second phase, around 5,000 more sites will be developed. Under the third phase, apartments will be constructed in Kempegowda Layout.
BDA aims to create 10,000 flats. Under the fourth phase, commercial spaces including offices, shopping malls and commercial spaces may be created.
BDA is giving around 60-day period to apply for these sites. The sites would be of the dimensions 20×30 sqft, 30×40 sqft, 40×60 sqft and 50×80 sqft.

Better exchanges phone numbers or we have to collect every one who waiting for refund phone numbers, so we can communicate and we can go CM office and also George office with written letter so that we can get refund early, no use demanding with BDA we have to put pressure by approaching higher level than BDA

When the sites will be allotted to the Arkavathy Layout who are getting alternate site as per redo.

Dharana maadidhre laati beesthare, BDA police anthaane ondhu department idhe alli. Arakavathy layout case nalli, intimation was given and then they staged protest. Andhre ivaago hogi, next week illi dharani maadthivi antha permission thagondu amele, police permission thagondu dharani maadbeku. That is how the procedure is, illa andhre obstructing Govt work and case haaki olage haakthaare ashte. Yochane maadi. Dont do such things. We don't even know each other. Arakavthy case all are allottees, they have seen each other for years. they have each others supports and contact.
In our case if we protest like that and some one misbehaves then everybody will be fit under this case.
So... wait for one week, finish dasara, comeback by that time atleast list will be out. One day we will fix and meetup so we can plan accordingly.

Regarding Real estate bill.....is this bill approved by President of INDIA? Heard this is still not approved,only lokasabha approved bill...Rajyasabha and president has to approve.

Any plan to do 1 day dharna at BDA office for final list announcement and refund?
Guys... I have been tell you all, this NKG Layout will end up more worst than Arkavathy Layout.
They will use Layout money for Steel Bridge. Look that idiots plan, how they have calculated the phase1, phase2, revenue even before application is called for phase2.
I will not pay full money until BDA announces deadline.
The response to the RTI query also revealed that a senior IAS officer wanted to know how the BDA could begin the bidding process for the steel bridge without being sure about raising the resources for it and acquiring the private land required.
But ask BDA commissioner, Rajkumar Khatri and he claims it will have no trouble raising the funds for the project.
“The BDA has four avenues for fund mobilisation. We expect Rs 1,400 crore from the final list of allottees at the Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout, and Rs 400 crore from auctioning corner sites. The second phase of sites at the Kempegowda layout and allotment of flats will fetch us another Rs 2,170 crore,” he explained.
I will walk to his office and ask him how he will use our money for this project when Arkavathy Layout is pending, Kempegowda Layout is pending.
Eagerly waiting for the Final list, Then lets form the association and in a public hearing which happens every Friday at BDA we can ask directly to Chairman.

Staggered Payment impossible if BDA wants to invest on Steel Bridge by Stealing our money.
BDA will not wait for 2 yrs as well. Definitely we have to ask for Deadline - Specific Date when the Fully developed Site will be handed over with Basic Amenities. If not will they pay the remaining Interest on EMI as per Real Estate Act 2016.
We should start spreading the information to people not to apply for BDA lands. We should make people aware of consequences faced by us because of applying to BDA land. This nature of work is intolerable . It's so much of unnecessary tension in our day to day life.
Arkavathy allottes are staging dharna in front of bda since bda decided to allot the sites back to formers..
The Arkavathy allotees are demanding that Kempegowda should not be announced until their issues are sorted out..
So forget October ...long wait ...

Very true sir. Although the dharna was informed earlier, the commissioner was on leave! Justice delayed is justice denied. Just fed up. Idu yaaru bareda katheyo..
