• All the BDA officials must be punished for this neglience and this is my first and last try for bda sites.

  • If you need site with genuine records you have to bare this all,If needy not apply group of greedy peoples will apply in their family members name and get site...once its allotted your luck will take turn....think and make decision.. :)

    • I am seeing lot of frustrations. Does it matter to any officials or ministers?. No.
      My advice to everyone is 'stop worrying everyday for something not in your hand.' you have applied for site for your own benefits. You can't do anything but wait. You just have to forget you applied for BDA site and move on with your daily routines. Things will happen when its the right time. Good luck everyone.

• BDA has now become big fraud organisation They want to get that big money covertly perhaps to put to all big sharks mouth that'd include big brass within BDA, Ministers etc. BDA has received over 1 Lakh applications right from 1st time applicants to 6th attempts (of course from various categories of people for various dimension plots). At an average if BDA has received Rs. 3 Lakhs as initial deposit per application & at 10% bank interest rate, they'd have earned Rs.30,000 per application. Now for over 1 Lakh applications they'd have earned over 300 Crores (30000 x 100000) as Interest from all our money. In actuality, this money (along with application & registration amount) is good enough (I hope) to clear off more than its 1/3rd land acquisition cost. There's absolutely no difference between the BDA & High Profile Fraudsters. The High Court of Karnataka must take cognizance of this type of transactions & take suo-motto action against BDA.

      • Case needs to be filed asap. The delay is too much. At-least they should announce to give the interest on the Money. Anytime you ask for final list publication date they keep saying 1 week, 2 week, 15 days etc... They never tell definitive date to announce the final list.

  • Guys officials are taking public to task, reason being there is no proper understanding amount the applicants. All are narrow minded and conservative. As long as this attitude prevails these officials nor money spinners will exist. Now the plan is they will announce during Nov 1st week and immediately they will announce for second phase with 15000 sites and will put a condition, those who are not allotted can apply directly and wait for another 11 months. what an idea these officials to be honoured with bharat ratna and to be put in guiness record

    • why don't we all go to BDA together .please try to fix one date after festival (working day)..so that all can assemble in front of BDA... so that atleast media will report it .

• They are not giving it free to say it is a gift . They need not wait for Nov 1st or new year.
  It is already 11 months after taking advance money.

  • Guys it's all fake and eye wash. Just wait and watch. This government is meant for nothing. Every individual has pumped money from various sources with paying interest. can we get interest for this ?? No not at all.
    Only thing we can do is to block the ministers vehicle and BDA commissioner in the public and then only media mafia will get into the act. Media mafia is being controlled by politicians - TV9 covering all irrelevant matters ignoring this big mafia .

  • Their was some message in news paper, regarding concession price for other disable quota and judgement / next hearing 4 weeks later. Hope it is due in end of this month.
    Based on this first week we may get some details of final list. Till then we have to wait.

• Read today's DH pg 2. George has instructed BDA to create and augment necessary infrastructure incl. Roads, water supply, power STP and SWD in NKG and Arkavathy layouts while reviewing ongoing devt. Works. No mention about when final list will be out.

  • As per tv news,CM instructed BDA to release final and allotment of sites within 15 days

    • 15 days means next 15 working days so month end.... :)

  • I called but there was no Reply, Call got forwarded but there was no reply. Simply wasted Rs 3 /- :( ;(

• This is the 1st time I applied for the BDA. I know there are no chances to get but I applied with the intention of getting a count to apply next time. Took interest to pay this initial amount & still paying interest. why don't they refund the money to those who are not shortlisted. It's almost going to be 1 year now. They should've got good interest for the amount that we deposited.

  Can we form a group, file case against them to refund the money along with the interest?
