Download the pdf file for landowners sites in bda website. Go to your block list and you will find the nearest site no to that of landowners with their site nos, village and survey no. Then you verify in e Bhoomi portal. Exact details will be available at bda vijayanagar office as posted in earlier blogs here by members.
i will be thankful to u if you could please provide me the link to the page to download the said records
Visit Bhoomi website and follow my blog of 25/12 you can download the RTC extract of the desired sy no.
Thank you Srinivas.
Is it the provisional list of land losers in the BDA website is the PDF? how to get hobli, only village name is there. There are 2 columns with survey number. which survey number column should be used? Also how to enter survey number in ebhoomi. there are 3 boxes in the survey option to be filled in ebhoomo
Regards,
Teju
It is the same list. The first survey no appearing in the list is the land acquired by BDA from the landowner. The second survey no is the sites selected by the landowner for his share of surrendered land. You are concerned with the second survey no where sites are allocated with village and survey no. While checking in bhoomi portal in the first column you have to enter the sy no of the site in which you want to verify, second col enter the symbol *, third col enter sy no hissa like /1,2,3 or a,b,c as applicable. In bhoomi portal you have to go to Bangalore urban dt,Bangalore south taluk, select hobli as kengeri 1,2,3 etc. With the applicable village where your site is located, tbd rtc opens up, the second sheet will reflect ownership and acquisition details.
hi Srinivas,
Thanks for detailed explaination. I got the below info for a nearby site in ebhoomi.
One of the site in the list with similar block n sector of mine shows in acqusition as "MR 11/2005-2006 ಕೋರ್ಟ ಆದೇಶ 13/09/2005" and in Liability as "UDD/51/MNX/2010 ರಂತೆ ನಾಡಪ್ರಭು ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡ ಬಡಾವಣೆಗೆ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆದಲ್ಲಿದೆ."
Is it in court? How to proceed?
Thanks,
Teju
Hi
Can you please suggest me how to get refund, I have been checking online and my name never appeared. Should we go to BDA office for the refund ? I see some posts here that even after submitting refund application couple of times, people still did not get refund. Is that the case ? What should we do now ? Shall we all gather together and go on some day ? Please share your thoughts, which will help others like me. I never thought BDA experience will be such a disastrous one..Please advice.
Thank you !,
Hi Prashant,
I think it will be better that, who are all not yet received the refund amount or name is not available in the refund list, we all need together to BDA office, then we come to know is the account number given is miss match, or any further time it will take to refund.
Thanks Deepak for the reply. Yea I am planning to visit this saturday. Let me check, this is really pathetic experience from BDA. No one picks the call.
Hi,
Last Friday 30th Dec 16 i went BDA head office, and asked for refund for non allotted, they told they have send some speed post to update the bank account number and details. if we didn't received the speed-post then they provided one form to fill all bank details, and in max 15 days money will be get credit to the given account.
Try this and wait for few days hope we will get it.
Deepak and Prashant,
Thanks for the information, my name is not listed in the latest refund list ( 21. 12.2016 ).
I have not received any post or any other information till date.
I will also join you, if you are going.
Regards
Onkar
