Investing in one type of scheme alone and that too a lumpsum investment, may not be a good idea!
You may pick one large cap index fund, actively managed funds under mid-cap and one flexi cap .
Examples:
UTI Nifty Next 50 fund
Kotak Emerging equity or Invesco mid-cap fund.
Parag Parik Flexi cap fund
Please note that mid-cap funds returns can be very volatile.

How to distribute 8 lacs into these 3 funds and how to do STP now?

Dear Soni ji,
I was referring investing the entire lump sum amount in mid-cap only funds.
In case, your time-horizon is long term (say > 10 years), you may pick the above suggested schemes and invest around 75% right now and can wait for sometime to invest the remaining 25%.
Do you also pick non-equity products as part of your asset allocation??
