Hi team,
I have recently changed my primary mobile number.
Is it possible to update the new contact number via icici bank internet banking without visiting icici bank branch?
Please advise!

Hi,
I believe that there is no option to update 'mobile number' via icici bank internet banking or mobile banking.
You need to visit the nearest icici bank branch (not necessarily home branch) and submit 'mobile number' update consent form.
You need to submit a photo copy of your ID proof along with the signed consent form.
