Hi Sreekanth Sir, I am planning to invest an amount of 8k - 10k in Mutual Fund for a period of 3-5 yrs. Suggest me good SIPs that gives maximum profit. Now I am considering HDFC midcap oportunity / HDFC Small cap / SBI small cal fund. Kindly help me to chose correct plans..!! Regards, Renjith

Dear Renjith, If your investment horizon is around 5 years, suggest you to consider Hybrid funds like HDFC Hybrid Equity (I am assuming you are new to MFs).

Could you please suggest me some good long term plans also ?
how about HDFC midcap oportunity / HDFC Small cap / SBI small cap these fund ,if i go for a long term investment ?

Dear Renjith, Do you mandatorily require this money after 3-5 years??

Hi Sir,

Its not mandatory sir, but it will be good if the duration is short. Having some plan after 5 yrs.
Kindly suggest me some long term plan also.

Dear Renjith, If your investment horizon is say 10+ years then you can surely have a look at Mid-cap based funds like HDFC Mid-cap opp or Franklin Prima funds... Related articles :
