Q & A ForumCategory: Provident Fund (EPF & PPF)Queries on PF Withdrawal Claim

Hi Knowledgeable People, I have 2 PF accounts under one UAN. "A" is my ex-employer and "B" is my last employer which closed the business. I was able to successfully withdraw "B", however, when I went to withdraw "A", the PF office said that I need to do so online as my KYC is complete. However, when I login using my UAN, it just gives me the status and details of "B" which is already withdrawn. Can someone suggest how I withdraw "A"?

Hi, You could have transferred the funds from EPF - A to EPF - B account and then could have applied for full withdrawal. Kindly note that one can withdraw the recent PF account balance only through online mode. Suggest you to kindly submit CCF (aadhaar) form to the EPF regional office (where your account is being administered) directly. Another option is, you can submit the claim form through your ex-employer as well.  (I am assuming you are unemployed and/or not contributing to the EPF scheme currently). Related articles :
