Dear Abhipsa, Kindly note that Form 13 is for Transfer of EPF funds between two EPF accounts. For full withdrawal claim, you need to submit Form 19 (for EPF) Form 10c (for EPS). Are you currently employed and/or contributing to EPF scheme?

Hi Sree,

Thanks for your reply. I have quit my job and I am not working anymore since june 2018. Actually this withdrawal request I have done when I was serving my last day. They didn’t inform me that still I need to submit form 19 or any.

Kindly guide.

Dear Abhipsa, Form 31 is for Partial Withdrawal. If you would like to make Full PF withdrawal then you need to submit Form 19 (EPF) and Form 10C (for EPS). Kindly note that EPS can be withdrawn if your service period is more than 10 years.

Dear Abhipsa, You can withdraw full EPF and EPS balances by submitting Form 19 and Form 10c respectively through online or offline modes. If your PAN has been seeded and verified in EPFO UAN member portal then no TDS would be deducted. As your service period is more than 5 years then your EPF withdrawal is not a taxable income.  Even if the EPFO deducts TDS, you can claim it as REFUND when you file your Income Tax Return in India.
