Hi Sreekanth, Avid reader of your blogs and started MF investments by going through your blogs, thank you for en-lighting investors like me. For last 3 years iam invested below direct funds, request your suggestions on the same.
  1. Franklin India Blue chip
  2. ICICI value discovery
  3. DSP Small Cap
  4. Mirae Asset Emerging Blue chip
  5. Axis Long term Equity
Apart from Mirae Asset Emerging Blue chip and Axis Long term equity, remaining 3 funds returns seems to be got giving good returns, Iam long term investor. Let me know if i need to switch to better funds , if yes what should i do with existing units accumulated Thanks Prashanth

Dear Prashanth, Thank you for following my blog posts! If you are not satisfied with Franklin Bluechip, you may switch to a Large-cap index based fund. Ex : UTI Nifty Index Fund. But do note that Mirae fund is a large+mid-cap based fund, so a large cap index fund can lead to higher portfolio overlap. If you have to avoid that can avoid large-cap totally and add one Aggressive hybrid Fund to your portfolio. Switch from ICICI Value discovery to a general Multi-cap fund. Ex : Kotak Multi-cap etc., A consistent mid-cap fund can be a better bet . Ex : HDFC Mid-cap Opp etc., Kindly read :
