Regarding ITR2

I am using ITR 2 excel utility. I consulted few auditors and did not give a good reply. I find that certain particulars and calculation figures are missing in the ITR forms. Eq Date of acquisition of immovable propery. 2)Index factor applied3) indexed cost of improvement 4)FMV as on 2001 arrived at. Only consolidated amount can be written. Question

1. Should the calculation sheet be preserved in case of need.
2. Can we add an excel sheet to the utility. and record additional information.Is it possible.
3. I am aslo incontact with toll free no 1800 102 3738 but is seems they are busy.
