Hi, May I know if your father has left any Written Will?  Is that an ancestral property or self-acquired by your father?   Related articles :

Hi,
As four of you are legal heirs, all of you have have ownership right in the property.
You can get the Mutation (Khatha/Patta) transfer done to your names and sell the property.
