I have Presumptive Income under Section 44ADA and also under LTGG by way of sale of ESOP. Need your advice on the ITR Form No. I need to use for filing my IT Return.

Hi, Are you referring to ITR filing for AY 2019-20? If yes, ITR-3 form is applicable. Kindly consult a CA as well. Kindly read : AY 2019-20 Income Tax Return Filing | Which ITR Form should you file?
