Hi,
Thank you for your appreciation!
Considering your investment time-frame and risk profile, you may consider no to invest heavily in Mid/Smal cap funds like UTI Mid-cap Fund, HDFC Mid-cap Opportunities Fund, DSP Micro Cap Fund & SBI Small & Mid Cap.
Large cap funds & Equity oriented funds can be your high priority. You may set-up SIPs in them.
Lump sum investments in the same schemes can be done, but instead of investing lump sum you may opt for STP (Systematic transfer plan) for next 12 months or so, from Liquid funds to Equity funds.
Ex : HDFC Liquid fund to HDFC Balanced fund.
