Hi, If you can invest Rs 3,000 pm for next 3 years, at an expected rate of 9%, you can accumulate around Rs 1.24 Lakh. So, to accumulate Rs 3 lakh you may have to increase your contribution. Are you ready to take risk or you are expecting to save/invest in safe investment avenues only?   Related article : List of all Popular Investment Options in India – Features & Snapshot

hi,
correction in your answer, i need 1.2 lakh rs not 3 lakh,
so with monthly 3000 i can get 1.24L in 3 yrs then it can acheive my goal
now kindly guide me where to invest it, safe investments are preferable but i am okay with risk even if i get my invested money that is 1.08 L.
thank you

Hi, You may look at options like Recurring Deposit, Ultra-Short Term Debt funds etc., If you can afford to invest a certain lump sum amount then you can consider Secured NCD Issues as well.  In case, you want only safe option (ie your capital investment should be safe) then kindly go ahead with Recurring deposit only.
