I am and Indian Seafarer working on foreign ships as Captain, mostly completing NRE 184 days outside, what are the IT laws about my savings , can you please enlighten. Is it correct to say that for us seamen, fulfilling 184 days outside India for the financial year is acceptable for NRE status.
