Dear sir,

I have been unemployed since March 31, 2018.
My estimated PF is around 5 lakhs INR and I am also expecting a full & final settlement of around 2 lakhs INR from my ex-employer. No other income for this financial year.
Do I need to fill and submit a form 15G along with the PF withdrawal form?

Hi,
Is your PAN linked and verified in UAN member portal? May I know your service period (years)?
Kindly go through below articles, can be useful to you;

Yes sir, my PAN is linked with the UAN portal, however, I’m sending a manually filled form (not applying online). No. of years of service here is 4 years. Post this I have worked with another company for 15 months (This has a different UAN number).

Hi,
An employee should have only one active UAN.
If possible, transfer the funds from old EPF a/c to latest one and your old UAN gets automatically blocked. You may then withdraw the consolidated funds.
EPF withdrawals before 5 years is a taxable income (whether TDS is deducted or not). You need to include this income in your income tax return.
Your PAN should have been not linked but digitally verified then only EPFO would not be deducting TDS.
