I want to invest in mutual funds, want to have a child policy he is just born so that he can have his dreams to come true. I want to have a term insurance also. Please suggest ? Can i go for Term insurance or Life insurance with return of premium which is better?

Suggest you to buy a basic Term life cover (can be without return of premium) from any Insurer of your choice. Do disclose all the required details honestly in the Proposal form.
Kindly do not take Insurance plan in your child's name.
