I was working with an MNC and left it in Sept 2015 and forgot of my EPF. I studied till Jan 2018 and again started to work in a company but forgot to transfer my EPF account. Now I am having 2 EPF account, I am unable to transfer it , as it is showing below error:
Online claim request cannot be processed as :-
Present employer has not made payment in your PF account.
I tried to file FORM 10 C and Form 19 online but it is showing claim rejected. When I inquired of it they mailed that:
Dear Sir,
As per statutory provisions,your claim has been reject. You can further verify your claim status throughhttps://passbook.epfindia.gov.in/MemClaimStatusUAN/

Hi,
Form 19 & 10c are for EPF/EPS full Withdrawals and not for Transfer of PF Funds.
You need to submit Form 13.
Kindly check if your previous employer has its own PF Trust?? If so, you can get the funds transferred through offline mode by contacting them.
Also, has your new employer started contributing towards your new EPF account?
