The Tax Treatment for the capital gains arose in the following Investments. 1              Franklin US Oppurtunities fund.                (International equity FOF) 2              Gold Bees ETF.

Thanks for the response. I need clarification whether  the investment in the Franklin US Opportunities fund is considered as Equity fund or Debt fund for the capital gain tax purpose, as this fund is invested only in US EQITY Shares

Hi..It is considered as an Equity fund.
