Wrong Exit date in UAN

Hi, I have applied for PF withdrawal but they rejected due to wrong exit date mention in portal, i have ask my existing employer but they said they are not able to do it online, is it true??? if yes then what should i do. Regards Kuldeep Goyal

Dear Kuldeep, I believe an employer can easily correct the Date of Exit details. Kindly follow it up with them.

they didn’t response, can file a grievance is resolve this?

Thanks, now i have applied again and its get approved without existing date correction now showing claim settle.

Hi..You may receive the claim amount within 2 to 5 business days from claim settlement date.
