I live in a layout consisting of villas outside Bangalore. Most of the villas are completed and now the developers want us the owners to form an association and take over the layout matters.
1)Kindly let me know the checklist of documents to be obtained from them.
2)Though villas are almost completed, they have not constructed mall/multiplex which were part of their advertisements and our consideration for the purchase. Can we delay take over till they construct them?
3)We understand that the layout is formed on rajakaluve partly but they have provided for storm water which however is done shabbily. How do we proceed pl?

Hi,
If construction of mall etc other amenities are part of your agreement then you can delay forming the association, insist them to complete all the agreed terms.
I do not have the required information..suggest you to kindly consult a civil lawyer in this regard, preferably as a group.
