I bought a land 10 years back with my hard earned money and register that land on my mother's name.Now i want to take loan on that money and i have some issues with my sibling.My mother is ready to transfer on my name.Please suggest me a low cost procedure to transfer ownership on my name. whether it is gift deed or anything.

May I know if your mother is an earning member of your family? Do you have any proofs to justify that your mother has bought the land in her name with the funds given by you??
Yes, Gift deed would be a better option.
