I am an NRI, participating in BDA e-auction. I understand that if we win the bid after 25% of payment through RTGS we need to go and get challan from BDA head office and submit to BDA banker within 7 days.
Since presently I am not in India how will I arrange to do the above procedure ? Can I authorize my friend to go to BDA office to submit challan on behalf of me with my transaction reference?
And also how do I authorise my friend ? Kindly advice

Hi,
I do not have complete information on ‘registration process of BDA auction site bought by an NRI’.
I believe that you can give POA to your representative and complete the transaction. Once you pay the amount through RTGS, your representative can collect the Challan at BDA authorized bank and submit it at the Finance & Accounts section at BDA head office.
Suggest you to get more details on this from BDA or any civil lawyer in Bangalore.
