After  a  week, of wrek released to salvages,  the  ICICI  nominated  surveyor  has  sent  me  some  hard  copies  to  sign  and  asked  to  keep  ready some documents: 1.  Application  to  ICICI  Mumbai,  for  assistance  in  assessment  and  disposal 2.  Application  to  ICICI  Hubli,  for  cancelling 3.  Affidavit  to  ICICI  Mumbai  for  cancelling 4.  Affidavit  by  self the  policy. the  policy declaring,  that  I  have  sold 5.  Registration  Certificate. 6.  Vehicle  Keys. 7.  KYC form and 8.  Form  No  29  signed (on blank form) Now the  point  is,  why  I  should  give  my  RC,  and  what  is  the  need  of  Form  No  29....?  when  the  vehicle  is made  All  loss and  its  given  to  a  salvage  dealer  by  the  ICICI  company  surveyor. According  to  my  knowledge  the  RC  and  Form  No  29  is  given  to  the  vehicle  buyer  when  I  am  selling  the  vehicle  on my own. But here the ICICI people are asking this two for final settlement..

Hi, As discussed in the other Forum thread, I dont think RC (original) has to be submitted. May be they are asking for RC cancellation copy. You may check with your insurer for more information.
