Recently I bid a site through BDA auction ; I received a confirmation letter ( after paying 25% ) of the amount;
in confirmation letter, asked pay remaining amount in 45 days; now question is
i) who will help to show the site dimensions are correct
ii) after paying remaining 75%, what is the procedure for the site registration ?
iii) I understood, sale deed is "kannada", did they give the sale-deed draft few days before to me to go through the details and spell checks ?
Can you help on these queries ?

Dear Padmanabha ji,
1 - You can take help of the concerned area (BDA) Engineer. You can find his/her contact details in the respective BDA notification.
Ideally, site measurement should have been done during your participation in e-auction itself.
