I am planning to buy a villa in bangalore.The owner has sent me the Absolute sale deed . In this there are 2 parties.
1.Vendors (bhgayshree developers)
2. In favour of (owners name Ex: Srinivas)
Now what would be the guidance value of the villa ?
The villa is located in ward numer 6 (Thanisandra ). It is a converted layout.
With recent changes to the registration charges and
what will be the stamp duty and registration cost if we are going for a sale value of Rs 45,00,000. Please advise.

Hi,
Guidance Value - You may check with builder or the prospective seller. You may also visit nearest Registration ofice (SRO) and find out the value.

The stamp duty + Registration cost is around 6% of the Registered value.
