I bought a site @ BEL Layout, Anjananagar, Bangalore 3 years back. This site/property was allotted to an BEL employee by BEL around 15+ years back. We then bought it from him.
Now when i try to start construction work in my site, some "Jamanlal Bajaj Seva Trust" is blocking us telling that area belongs to them. They have a huge land next to our site (around 40-50 acre). But we have all the supported documents.

We are paying tax regularly.
Even BBMP has put domber roads, provided electricity, Put up BBMP boards and all, few houses are also built next to our site.
But still the problem continues. How can we solve this..!?

Dear Rohith,
They can be held responsible and dragged to court of law (if required).
Suggest you to form as a group (or association) and take on this issue, if required, consult a civil lawyer (to be on the safer side).

Suggest you to take EC for last say 30 years for your property and also for near-by properties as well.
You may get fair idea about the previous owners' details.
You may also request a location map details from the concerned Surveyor (BBMP). You may have to pay the requisite fee + EXTRA amount (if any).

Issues is being faced by many..! but some ppl still building their houses by ignoring his threatening. We bought this property from BEL (Bharat Electronics Limited) employee, for him it was allotted by BEL only.
Does BEL holds the responsibility for this issue or not..!?
