Hi sreekanth I am going to apply for epf offline. I have seeded adhaar in my epf account. In my account only date of joining is mentioned, date of leaving is not mentioned. Which form should i apply ADHAAR BASED OR NON ADHAAR BASED. Regards Raviteja

Dear Raviteja,

EPF Composite Claim Form (Aadhar) : If your UAN has been seeded with Aadhar and bank details, this form can be submitted for all types of withdrawals. The attestation of employer is not required and this form can be submitted to EPFO directly.

Hi, sir, it seems my pan is not verified in epfo and my service is below 5 years.shall I go with applying adhaar based form Raviteja

Hi, Yes, you may go ahead with CCF-Aadhar form. Enclose copy of PAN card, blank cheque leaf (your name should be imprinted on cheque leaf) and form 15 g if required.

Hello, I applied for EPF withdrawl i recieved my Form-10C (EPS Withdrawal/SC) but i can't receive Form-19 (EPF Final Settlement) yet... Below Remarks are showing in online epf status Claim Form-19 (EPF Final Settlement)(Resign) Claim id-KDMAL171200001379 Member id-KDMAL00409160000000145 has been settled. Payment sent on- 19-DEC-17 via NEFT. Please suggest me i can't know whats going on. Best, Arvind Gaud

You may receive it in next few days as EPFO may take 2 to 5 days to transfer the amount (from the date of claim settlement).
