I have purchased a flat a week back, which is a resale. It is a B Khata flat and owner has paid all tax till date.
Now what is the steps i need to follow in BBMP office to get this B-Khata transferred to my name and also all the tax details. And what are the documents required to do this task and how much will it cost.
