Dear Sreekanth, Hi I am really thankful to you, as your suggestions helped me a lot in investing in MFs. I am a regular follower of your blogs! My present SIP investment details are: ICICI Pru Value Discovery Fund - Rs 2500 DSP Blackrock Microcap - Rs 1500 SBI Blue Chip - Rs 2000 Mirrae Asset Emmerging Bluechip - Rs 1500 All these are for a horizon of more than 5 years. My queries are:
  1. Should I continue with the above funds. A friend of mine advised me to switch from ICIC pru VD Fund, but I am confused!
  2. Does the recent DSP BR MC decision to stop fresh investments will have any impact on the returns for existing investors like us.
  3. I want to further invest Rs 3000 as SIP for a horizon of 10 to 15 years. Please suggest a suitable fund considering my above SIP profile.
Regards D Sharma

Dear Mr Sharma, Thank you for following my blog posts :) Your MF portfolio looks fine.  1 - As of now, you may continue with ICICI Pru fund. 2 - Should be a good decision for existing investors.  3 - You may allocate the amount to Mirae fund.
