PF amount for Flat registration

Dear Sreekanth, Can the amount that is partially withdrawn from PF (PF advance) be used for flat registration purpose also? I would be giving the cheque to Builder and he would use that for flat registration. Can this be done? Please advise. Thanks Digvijay

Dear Digvijay, I believe you can use the funds for the said purpose.
