Sir I mentioned ‘bt’ becoz on unregistered land home loan facility are not available. So plz clarify that even in this case I can withdraw from epf account.

Hi..You mean to say that home loan facility is not available for under-construction properties (properties which are not registered at a Sub-registrar office)?

Yes, under construction or vacant plots for construction,

Your Query : I want to purchase a piece of land in Delhi, for that I need to withdraw some money from my epf account.
Bt the problem is that area where I want to purchase the land is not registered yet. So my claim will be approved or not?????

Hi.. Most of the banks / Home finance cos do provide loans for under-construction properties. Also, there should not be any issue in making partial withdrawal from your EPF balance (provided eligibility conditions are met). Kindly go through the suggested article related to Partial EPF withdrawals.
