I have applied for a partial withdrawal of PF under illness category on 22nd Nov 2018 but the claim status is still showing as Under process till date. Please let me know what can i do to expedite the claim process.
I have filed the grievance on EPFO website via the link you provided and yesterday i received an email that the case has been closed as your details has been forwarded to concerned authorities. But today, when i check the EPFO website to know about the status it is showing as Claim Status as Status not available.
Please let me know what i can do know.
Generally, the EPFO settles the online claims within 10 to 15 business days.
You may submit your grievance to them online via this link, to speed up the process..

You may have to wait for some more time (no other choice).
The claim status ‘Not Available or N/A’ is generally reflected when the EPFO claim processing officer/staff does not update the status while processing the claim (or) sometimes this happens due to technical glitch (temporary).
Keep a track of the status. Generally, you will find the updated claim status after couple of days.
